- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
- Relevant certification in special education.
- Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Ability to assess students’ strengths and needs and develop individualized learning plans.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding in working with students with special needs.
