Minimum qualification: Graduate in HR, Management, Commerce, or related field
Preferred: BBA (HR), B.Com + HR diploma, MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles)
Experience:
0–3 years in HR/Admin work
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF/ESI, attendance, and school administration
HR Manager
Preferred qualification:
MBA in Human Resource Management / PGDM HR
Master’s degree in Management or HR-related field
Experience:
Usually 3–7+ years in HR/Admin
Experience in schools or educational institutions is preferred
