Educational Trip to New Parliament House & Rashtrapati Bhavan
“Learning becomes meaningful when students see, experience, and understand it for themselves.”
On 12th February 2026, 65 enthusiastic students from Grades VI–IX embarked on an enriching educational journey to the New Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi — an experience that beautifully connected classroom concepts with real-world governance.
At the New Parliament House, students explored the magnificent triangular structure built under the Central Vista Redevelopment Project and inaugurated in 2023. From the grand Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha chambers to its modern digital facilities and eco-friendly design, every element reflected the vision of a progressive India. The most inspiring moment was witnessing a live parliamentary session, where students observed leaders debating national issues and understood how laws are discussed and passed in a democracy.
The visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of India, further deepened their appreciation for India’s rich political and cultural heritage. Students explored historic halls, museum galleries, tribal artefacts, and traditional musical instruments while learning about its architectural brilliance designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens.
Through this immersive experience, students gained practical knowledge of democratic processes, developed respect for national institutions, enhanced their awareness of history and governance, and strengthened essential values such as discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and cooperation. The trip not only broadened their understanding but also fostered patriotism, curiosity, and meaningful civic awareness.
Filled with learning, laughter, bonding, and joyful moments, the trip was truly a perfect blend of education and enjoyment — a memory our young learners will cherish for years to come.
